Stressed about assignments, essays, exams, work…(the list goes on….)? I know I am. Come one, come all to the Coterie’s de-stressor event, where you’ll get to experience characters that will make you laugh and cry and crave cucumber sandwiches and muffins (you’ll know what I mean once you’ve read the play or come out on NOvember 29th!) The Importance of Being Earnest: A Trivial Comedy for Serious People is one of Oscar Wilde’s most famous plays, and is filled with puns, double entendres, and crazy mix-ups! It’s a play you won’t want to miss! And I leave you with this awesome quotation: “It is awfully hard work doing nothing. However, I don’t mind hard work where there is no definite object of any kind.”- Oscar Wilde, The Importance of Being Earnest, Act 1 November 29, 2011 - Come out and spend 2 hours doing nothing with us.
